About the Course
What is Anchor Compass?
Anchor Compass is a four-week online workshop series designed to build emotional literacy and resilience in children, while supporting the whole family.
Each month, we explore a new emotional theme (like frustration, anxiety, sadness, or confidence) through creative, age-appropriate sessions. Kids learn how to recognise, express, and manage their emotions using tools grounded in neuroscience, play, and everyday language.
Whether your child is learning to name feelings, manage big reactions, or build self-awareness — Anchor Compass gives them the skills and support they need.
